                                                                                                A Chorus Line: High School Edition

                                                                                  The musical A Chorus Line: High School Edition, with book by James Kirkwood
                                                                                  and Nicholas Dante, lyrics by Edward Kleban and music by Marvin Hamlisch,
                                                                                  will be presented on March 1st-3rd, 2018 at 7:30PM at the Bordentown
                                                                                  Performing Arts Center. This production will be performed by the award-
                                                                                  winning theatre students of Bordentown Regional High School. Tickets are $10
                                                                                  for adults and $8 for seniors and students, and can be purchased in advance at
                                                                                  www.brhsnj.booktix.com. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
                                                                                  A Chorus Line is a stunning concept musical capturing the spirit and tension of a
                                                                                  Broadway chorus audition. Exploring the inner lives and poignant ambitions of
                                                                                  professional Broadway gypsies, the show features one powerhouse number after
                                                                                  another. Memorable musical numbers include "What I Did for Love, "One," "I
                                                                                  Can Do That," "At the Ballet," "The Music and the Mirror," and "I Hope I Get
                                                                                  It." A brilliantly complex fusion of song, dance, and compellingly authentic
                                                                                  drama, the show was instantly recognized as a classic. The original Broadway
                                                                                  production won nine Tony Awards, including "Best Musical," four Drama Desk
                                                                                  Awards, three Obie Awards, and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
                                                                                  A Chorus Line: High School Edition is a full-length version of the Pulitzer Prize-
                                                                                  winning musical, adapted for performance by high school students for family
                                                                                  audiences.
